Customer Service Agent
Job Summary:
The Station Agent is a working member of the Station Team supporting the ground operation of the airline.
Minimum Requirements:
- A High School Diploma/GED
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and able to lift 70lbs
- Candidates must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report/Criminal Background Check/Pre-employment Drug screen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, prepare and issue tickets, check baggage and collect excess baggage charges.
- Duties at the ticket counters and/or boarding gates when enplaning and deplaning passengers.
- Escort passengers from the terminal to and from aircraft.
- Loading and unloading of cargo on and off aircraft.
- Clean and service cabin interiors.
- Provide hand signals to arriving/departing aircraft.
- Drive automobile, trucks, busses, and tugs.
- Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by the Lead Agent.
