Job Description: Aircraft Cleaner

Department: Maintenance

Locations: Dulles Airport, Albany Airport & Houston Airport

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Aircraft Cleaner is directly responsible to the shift supervisor for assigned duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

§ Perform the cleaning of the aircraft, interior and exterior, in accordance with the manufacturer’s manuals, Colgan Air General Maintenance Manual and FAA requirements. Work must be performed in the interest of safety of flight.

§ Keep tools and support equipment in safe operational conditions at all times.

§ Wear eye and ear protection as necessary to safeguard sight and hearing while on flight line, on hangar floor, or in the area of operating machinery or power tools.

§ Responsible to keep assigned work areas clean and free of hazardous or unsafe conditions.

§ Perform other duties delegated by Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

§ High School Diploma or GED

§ Any combination of education and experience enabling one to perform job functions.

§ Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays

§ Valid Driver’s License
