Job Summary: Perform all basic warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, storage, and issue of materials used to support aircraft maintenance operations.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

§         Ensure that all parts are received in accordance with Colgan Air inspection policy and procedures prior to being places into stock, they are correctly identified, and proper entries are made in the inventory system.  

§         Ensure the proper handling and storage of parts, materials, supplies, and required supporting documentation while maintaining accountability, segregation, and identification of all Colgan Air stores inventory.

§         Ensure compliance with Colgan Air shelf-life limited policies and procedures.

§         Ensure all parts, materials and supplies are environmentally protected and pay particular attention that all special handling instruction for delicate and electrostatically sensitive parts are observed.

§        Maintain all parts-specific storage areas and general hangar facilities in a clean and orderly manner.

§        Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by the Stores Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

§         High School Diploma or GED.

§         Basic keyboarding and data entry skills.

§         Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

§         Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
